The Psychology and Sociology Notes (both the 100 and 300-page versions) have resulted in several students who utilized these notes appropriately, even despite having little (and sometimes no) background scores of 129+. These notes serve as great content review, and it comes for free. Some of these notes documents have scored people in the 129+ range for that particular section. If you don’t have time to watch the videos, or think you can learn all the material from the contents of the Khan academy videos themselves – these notes allow you to do that. These notes can also be used without the videos themselves.

It also gives a place for someone to refer back too once they’ve watched a Khan academy video (watching the same video twice is NOT a good use of your time). Having the notes allows watching videos at 2x speed much more manageable while reading along the notes. Your time is valuable and you need to spend most of it learning actively.

Watching the Khan academy notes can be time-consuming, and taking notes on them is even more so. The notes were created by different users of the subreddit and are very thorough. The r/mcat subreddit has developed Khan academy notes for everyone to use.
